Purchased in 2020 by Sawyer Village, one of the Sault Tribes’ most recent EDC acquisitions is the property commonly known as the Chocolay Property. Chocolay Storage is located on 13 acres along on US-41 near Harvey, Marquette County, Michigan. Chocolay is comprised of 5 storage buildings totaling 156 storage units, with additional outdoor RV, boat, and trailer storage available to rent.
