About Us
Sault Tribe Thrive is an MBDA AIANNH Project established in 2019, funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency, with administrative support from the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Sault Tribe Thrive provides business support to Sault Tribe citizen owned businesses through outreach, advocacy, and business consultation initiatives.

Sault Tribe Thrive leverages an expansive network of business support service providers including: the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians EDC, Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, Minority Business Development Agency, Michigan Small Business Development Center, Invest UP, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, as well as numerous regional EDO’s across the Sault Tribe’s seven county service area.
