Sault Tribe Real Estate provides prudent property management, timely and effective acquisition and disposition, and fiscally and socially responsible development of the Sault Tribe’s Real Property Assets. The Real Estate Office is the Official recorder of all Tribal Land Holdings.

DeMawating Development is a property management company of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Its 400+ rentals are on 130 acres of Tribal trust land and 22.5 acres of Fee Simple land in Kinross Township, Chippewa County, Michigan.

Riverside Village

Supported by property management company, DeMawating Development, Riverside Village is a 120 site manufactured home community located in the city of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, across from the Upper St. Mary’s River.

Sawyer Village

Sawyer Village, a property management company of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, manages 110 acres in West Branch and Forsyth Townships, Marquette County, Michigan.
