Sault Tribe Real Estate was the first arm of the EDC’s three tier structure to be developed and falls under the direction the EDC’s Real Estate Manager. The purpose of the EDC- Real Estate branch is to provide prudent property management, timely and effective acquisition and disposition, and fiscally and socially responsible development of the Sault Tribe’s Real Property Assets as assigned. The Real Estate Office serves as the Official recorder of all Tribal Land Holdings.
